At Little Hands Co., we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something is wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your busy board arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items damaged by misuse, rough handling, or improper care
- Items with missing parts after use
- Items returned without approval
- Gift cards or final sale items, if applicable
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not been processed or shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
